Kit List
I own a lightweight documentary shooting kit.
This includes camera, lenses, wireless monitoring, audio and lighting. Much of this kit is included in my day rate. Generally if it can fit into a camera backpack, it's included. If I have to bring extra cases and bags expect a modest rental fee to cover extra transport expenses.
Panasonic Lumix S1mkii
This can be rigged up for all day shooting or stripped back for a more discrete lightweight setup.
Shoots prores, prores raw, 6k opengate to allow for easy vertical reframing or anamorphic shooting.
Hollyland Pyro monitor/video transmitter
Combines monitoring and wireless video transmission in one unit. Can stream to the Hollyview app on tablets/smartphones. I have a tablet in a rugged case for use as a directors monitor if required.
Panasonic 20-60mm F2.8
Versatile, fast wide angle zoom lens.
Panasonic 70-300mm
Telephoto zoom for getting long lens shots.
Panasonic 85mm F1.8
Excellent portrait lens.

Glimmerglass, CPL/ND combo filters. FX filters also available for extra creative shoots.
Camera/Camera accesories

Good for scratch audio
Hollyland Lark Max 2 Ultimate
Powerful wireless Lav set with long lasting battery, 32bit float recording and wireless monitoring. I use lav hiders from URSA
Lighting
Amaran Ray 120c
Very compact and powerful Full RGB COB light. It's small size allows it to be mounted virtually anywhere while still retaining full Bowens mount support.
Bowens Modifiers
These include medium sized lantern and dome modifiers and a large rectangular pop-up softbox.
Neewer FS600B
High output Bi-Colour COB light
Neewer HB80c
Compact Full RGB Coblight with internal battery
Smaller panels
I own a few smaller less powerful light panels and Cob lights for additional lighting needs
Transport and rental
I've designed this kit to all fit into one large roller case and a camera backpack so it can remain semi-mobile. If a production or video demands anything I don't have then I will generally rent it for the shoot. This could include support systems, large modifiers, extra lighting or lenses. In some cases I can also rent extra camera bodies.
Though I only own this more budget friendly kit. I have extensive experience using Sony and BlackMagic camera systems, using Senheiser and Rode Microphone systems and experience using Aperture and Arri lighting as well as large modifiers.
I am capable of transporting this kit around on my own. I have a Full Drivers License but do not own a car in London so rely on public transport or ride share. Shoots outside of London, renting a car is preferable.
